New experiences include an elephant ride through a Thai vineyard, a beach day at a private Malibu estate, a retro Shanghai historical adventure, an exclusive visit to a New York firehouse and a private helicopter ride to a secluded beach in Hong Kong.

Guests can create their own special moments with The Peninsula Hotels' new Summer Moments offerings. Available at all Peninsula hotels now through September 18, 2013, Summer Moments offers great value with special room rates, daily breakfast and a guaranteed upgrade to the next room category. Guests who book a Peninsula suite will also receive a hotel credit of up to $200* that may be used toward a dining, spa or Academy experience. 

Thoughtfully designed by each hotel by sourcing the very best local guides and partners, The Peninsula Academy gives guests an insider introduction to the culture, lifestyle, cuisine, arts and history in each Peninsula destination through individualized classes, tours and activities. The Peninsula Kids' Academy provides younger guests with fun insight into each destination with lessons such as origami and Chinese kite making and hands-on cooking classes.
